Drone Photography & Filming Workshop with Babang Deshommes.
As the years go by, the technologies are getting better and offer us as photographers & filmmakers better tools to create the art we want, when we visualise it. In the early days of photography/filmmaking, if you needed some aerial footage you would need to rent a helicopter, a pilot and the camera team for a 10-hour shoot. Even then the helicopter will give you great establishing shots but can be really hard to get really close to your subject and make the audience feel closer to the action. This is where the drone gives us unprecedented flexibility. They can move anywhere in 3D space as long as we have the skills required.
Come and join us for an exciting Drone workshop with Babang Deshommes the UAS Norway awarded Best drone video 2020. Babang will show some of his videos, tell the stories behind them, share his experiences, some tricks and techniques he uses to to take these videos.He will also talk about his passion, where it started and how he developed it.
There is room for a maximum of 8 participants per entire workshop, that is divided into 2 evenings:
Part 1. Theoretical part, inspiration and preparation. Time: Mandag 28.06. kl 17.00-20:00
Part 2: Drone tour out, photography and filming in the field. Tuesday 29.06. kl. 16:45 - 22:00

NB: Bring your own drone/if you don’t have your own, you can borrow it from us (remember to write it in the registration scheme). The workshop will be in English and it is open to everyone between 15 to 30 yo.
