Develop your project and artistic vision during an international directors' residency in The Netherlands!

Vil du få internasjonal arbeidserfaring innen kultur og samfunnsutvikling? Tvibit søker tre kulturprodusenter (20–35 år) til en fullfinansiert utveksling hos Bridges for Music Academy i Cape Town. I seks måneder får du jobbe med festivaler, arrangementer og kreative utdanningsprosjekter, bygge et internasjonalt nettverk og utvikle verdifull erfaring gjennom Norec.

Want to gain international experience in arts, culture, and community development? Tvibit is looking for three cultural producers (aged 20–35) for a fully funded six-month exchange at Bridges for Music Academy in Cape Town. Work on festivals, events, and creative education projects while building an international network and valuable professional experience through Norec.

Stillingen innebærer både produsent- og prosjektlederoppgaver, rådgivning og utadrettet samarbeid med aktører innen spillkultur. Du vil være en sentral del av det daglige arbeidet på kreativ teknologi, samtidig som du får ansvar for å planlegge, koordinere og gjennomføre prosjekter og aktiviteter i tett samarbeid med ansatte, brukere og samarbeidspartnere.

The exhibition “Patient” explores what it means to live in prolonged waiting for gender-affirming care, where waiting becomes more than time, but a condition shaping body, identity, and agency. Trans people are now invited to share their texts with artist Casper Follesø - who recieved a grant from Tvibitstigen spring 2026 for the exhibition project.
