Sunday, October 18
Hands-on practice in collaboration with the Acting for Camera Workshop
This is your opportunity to put the previous day's learning into practice alongside the participating actors. Participants will be divided into groups, where you will work, experiment, and learn together through practical exercises.
Møt instruktøren
Alireza Ghasemi er en iransk filmskaper bosatt i Paris. Han studerte ved Kunstuniversitetet i Teheran og fikk videre opplæring ved Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg i Tyskland. Han har regissert flere prisbelønte kortfilmer, blant annet Lunch Time, som ble nominert til Gullpalmen for beste kortfilm under filmfestivalen i Cannes i 2017.
Hans spillefilmdebut, In the Land of Brothers, som han co-regisserte sammen med Raha Amirfazli, hadde premiere på Sundance Film Festival i 2024. Der mottok de prisen for beste regi i World Cinema-kategorien.
Han er alumnus fra Cannes Cinéfondation Residency (2018) og Berlinale Talents (2022).
